We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team at Sadeen Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems
- Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales to provide a seamless experience for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the latest and most effective solutions .
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
